ABOUT BRISTOL JENKINS
Although his college major was in criminal Justice, Bristol had a change of heart when his father passed away at age 56 from diabetes. In order to break the cycle of diabetes that has change his family’s life, his passion and studies became focused on natural health, body systems, nutrition and fitness.
Bristol has been transforming lives ever since. He specializes in functional personal training, boot camps, boxing, sports specific training, nutrition counseling, and creating personalized nutrition plans suited to the needs of each client. Seeing the needs of each client Bristol collaborated with one of the top vitamin & supplement companies that has helped him create the Bodies By Bristol nutritional vitamin & supplement product line. Bristol continues to share his passion and knowledge not only through personal training but also by doing fitness/nutrition seminars and programs for corporate and church organizations all over.
Bristol Jenkins is not just a personal trainer, he is a fitness and nutrition expert who educates his clients to achieve lifelong results.
Fitness and health is a part of who he is. Being one of twelve siblings having 8 brothers and 3 sisters, Bristol has had the opportunity to be involved in many competitive sports such as football, wrestling, weightlifting, boxing, coaching, and many community activities. These are the very sports and activities that have shaped him to be the compassionate personal trainer he is today.

Our Trainer Kenyatta Jenkins is the wife of Bristol Jenkins. Kenyatta went from being a stay at home mom to their 3 children to working fulltime with him at the start of Bodies By Bristol back in 2008. She started off as a front desk administrator and the director of making sure everything ran smooth. She later became FMS certified and has been a trainer at Bodies By Bristol Since 2008. She is also a (CTNC)certified Transformational Nutrition Coach. Kenyatta always has a smile on her face, she loves to dance, sing and has an infectious personality that keeps all the clients working hard while having fun. She also, handles all the technical support in the use of our training/nutrition Apps and online programs.
